Happy Friday! Have you jumped on the puzzle craze yet? I just finished a puzzle of the map of London and this weekend will swap puzzles with my parents (from 6 feet apart, of course), who just finished a puzzle of their own. I was really into puzzles when I was a kid and am finding they’re a good way to pass the time right now.

Here’s a few links I liked from the week:

The Presidio’s Role in the Aftermath of the 1906 Earthquake.

How to Research Common Name Ancestors (video).

This is a crazy story.

A hidden archive of NYC’s historic trash.

Don’t display your original family photos.

Expert Q&A on Scottish Genealogy Research with Findmypast (video).

MyHeritage is offering free access to its US Yearbooks Collection through May 23. And they’ve colorized the collection, like their recent feature of colorizing photos!
